Charlene is a seasoned Title Sales Professional. She started in the title industry in 1989 and has developed a broad scope of knowledge from working in title, escrow and sales. She added a legal perspective to her career when she decided to go to law school at night, receiving her Juris Doctorate with honors and passing the CA bar exam to become a licensed attorney. Charlene loves her work and clients so much that she continued working full time for her clients while in law school, and never considered leaving her career, even after passing the bar. Her combination of over 32 years of title experience and legal education make her a valuable asset for clients. Charlene also serves on the board of the Ventura County Real Estate Fraud Advisory Team (REFAT) and has participated on REFAT since its beginning. For so many agents in West Ventura County, Charlene is the “go to” person when they have questions in real estate. Charlene’s clients are more than just clients, they’re friends.
Court joined forces with his wife, Charlene, in 2018 to make title their family business. He successfully serves agents and lenders in West Ventura County. Prior to joining his wife in title, Court enjoyed 29 exciting years in law enforcement, primarily in investigations. He has a Master’s in Public Administration, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a wealth of specialized training. Most of his prior career was spent in investigations where he developed great people skills. Through diverse assignments, Court interacted with a broad scope of individuals from millionaires, politicians and movie stars to the homeless; victims and criminals; government officials from local/state/federal agencies, attorneys and members of the community. Court successfully headed up several county projects and worked on many high-profile cases that made national news. He brings unique, valuable and fun skills to the table as he works with clients in West Ventura County.
